Worst service....There responsibilty lies only upto selling the product to customer. After one purchase the product, they dont even care to responed. I purchsed the water closet of CERA make from kumar traders. Seat was faulty and plumber could not fix seat. I request them to replace the seat since it has not been used and fault is from manufacturers end. Instead he asked me that he canot take responsibilty for this and company will take care of this. CERA repersentative will come in 2-3 days and will inspect the seat. I became the sufferer for company and traders fault.
