Worst hero motor showroom in entire Himachal pradesh. Extremely poor services & machinery/equipments used which 99% of the time doesn't work. Customer service is at peak in making false promises & sells you service cards with fake discounts which at time of usage aren't applicable. Every time I went there to get my bike serviced it gets a new issue which I believe they purposely add it. Stay away from this showroom and never purchase or get your two Wheeler serviced from them. A big zero they deserve but google needs at least 1 star to post a review.

One start is what they deserve.....I have never talked to such a irresponsible and rude person, they are just concerned about money.. Once they don't with their purpose they will misbehave and will do ill mannered things. Try not to purchase from them. Party the same Amit at some another showroom and at least you will get proper assistance and respect and you might be treated as customer over there... Extremely poor staff and damn their dealings... Hooligans

Repairing Hero Hondas Vehicle is Available. There timing are 09:00AM - 06:00PM which is good. Repairing automobiles there is good. Cleaning is good but at service area not that much good. Good for repairing & buying vehicles

Good service ....but not perfect service as much they can provide..

Helpful person in the agency and give the full information about the bike.
