The view is exceptional, with decent cottages. The food is also very good. The hotel staff is decent but the manager on reception is the worst service receptionist I have ever come across in any hotel around the world. He is not at all flexible. Has a no answer for everything one can ask for. In mountains this is the only resort which does not serve Maggie. Can someone beat that? And the reason for not keeping Maggie is that everyone orders it so it is not convenient. I was traveling with a baby so requested for some fruits apples but he had an answer for even that. He said we don’t keep fruits in our menu. The worst kind of hospitality I have ever come across from a manager who don’t even consider that for a baby a hotel can and should arrange fruits. Before coming I requested for a dormitory for the help but he straight away denied that we don’t have that and we can’t even arrange anything. These are little things which gives a very bad impression to a beautiful property which could have been a gem but bcz of its service it won’t. Also the approach to the resort is off road and is very risky.

The views from the hotel is exceptional. Food and room service was good. The thing that ruined the amazing stay at this resort was Manager. When at the property I did not felt welcomed and after spending around 16000, for 2 rooms the manager was asking 2500+ tax for the bonfire. To which we had no choice but to accept it as that was my favourite activity of the trip. The hotel staff spent almost 1 and half hour to light up the fire damp and big logs of wood, to which they failed miserably and wasted our time. Another thing I want to mention is the resort is around 800-900 meters from the main road and that road is off road with a steep incline. Do think about this if you do not have 4*4. Thanks

The service and location is superb but rooms are not ventilated. We visited in Summer and it was very hot in the afternoon and could not sleep in the room. They need to have A/C.Also for senior citizens it is not good as they don't have proper facilities for them ( railings to hold etc).

It was a three hour stop-over for lunch. The day was bright and the air crisp. I had a guest visiting us from Canada and he was at a loss of words for explaining the location, ambience and people around us. Great homely feeling in a top class off beat place.

Went there with my family with a kid. Comfortable stay, especially the attic rooms were perfect and comfortable heated rooms with heated beds. Food served was fresh and hot. Only challenge is the approach road to the resort is bad as it is on a hill, but the hotel provides 4*4 pick and drop facility. Joginder on front desk was kind and courteous. Also this is only resort which recieves snow first and last.
