I bought an Air-conditioner from here. They have wide range of products, but majority of them are not in display. So, you don’t have any idea of how your product will look. Despite of that, they do offer a decent pricing of the product. Their staff members are very polite and friendly. Overall, I recommend this place.

I recently purchased an air conditioner, and unfortunately, the after-sales service has been extremely poor. From the moment I encountered an issue, it has been a struggle to get any assistance. The customer service representatives are unresponsive, and when they do reply, the solutions provided are ineffective. There have been multiple delays in scheduling repair visits, and the technicians seem unqualified, leaving my problem unresolved. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with the after-sales support and would not recommend this brand based on my experience.
