Great Experience and behaviour of the staff was good . Service was much better than most of tata Dealerships .Mr. Vikas explained everything beautifully. Thumbs up for the staff . Tata should encourage these type of dealerships for better customer service experience.

visited for car service and for car service they don’t have proper management. They are taking many cars at once for service. Compromising quality and not getting proper service. Waited 2 hours without any reason. After 2 hours they started working on my car. There was some issues were present. However, some of issues they were not able to resolve. After they suggested came later. They will diagnose and fix them. Car wash pathetic, totally unprofessional.

We have visited for the general checkup of Tata Nexon but we are not satisfied with their services. However we have some stains over the car but they are failed to remove it and advising for the repaint and the car was purchased just 3 months ago. On asking for the stain removal they are just clarifying the irrelevant things instead of resolving the cause. We have reached first there but the works start after 1.5 hours. I must say just choose the right agency for your car being serviced as they are just looking for the numbers like how many cars they have serviced. Only quantity but not quality. Thanks
